Exercise Fail.

{source}

This was designed after me, did you know? No!? ... well I lied but it feels like it was...

I have an alarm set every other day, not everyday but OTHER day (and excluding the weekends, so pretty much just 3 days a week) to get my butt up and work out... what do I do? Dismiss it until my regular "you-have-45-minutes-to-get-ready-for-work" alarm goes off. I have ZERO motivation, but I desperately need to lose this weight. It is safe to call it "Baby Weight" even though my baby is walking, talking, feeding himself and almost potty trained? Please say yes.

I know I make up too many excuses, "it's raining, it's too dark, 5 more minutes, It's too late now.." yeah, my own fault, I know. Why can't we sleep ourselves thin???? Membership to that club please!!

MOTIVATE ME!!!

fyi: this was written after I inhaled 3 chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs and buttered toast my Hubbin made for breakfast today... yup.

ONE MORE THING!!
Thanks to Dear Crissy, I won this giveaway, whooo!!! And I'll get a twitter @ some point or another :) Thanks!!

  1. I love learning new crafts..but I'm not "crafty". I certainly wish I was, however. So tutorials are excellent for me. YAY!!

    I need motivation to stay on track with my workouts too. If I don't do it in the morning, it never happens. With 4 kids (and all that goes with that) I am exhausted by 8pm!! Craziness!!

    I found you via FTLOB, and I wanted to stop by for comment luv day. Have a great end of the weekend!

  2. I consider myself a very active person who likes working out. But I just cannot get my booty in gear in the morning. I think it is more mental than anything. Sleep is just waaaay more important at that time in the morning!

  3. You can do it! One of my favorite things to remember about working out is this: You will NEVER regret what you did after a good workout. You will always feel better, have more energy, and be proud of yourself.

  8. I had a good laugh reading this. I love to craft and I also struggle with exercising consistently. I am not a morning person so am working out in the evenings instead.
